Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world". Afghanistan is one of the most impoverished nations in Asia. To address the problem of poverty, Afghanistan must improve its education system. Our aim is to help Afghans rise about the poverty line, through educational programs. We promote innovative educational programs that enhance young Afghan lives and help them become a productive citizens. We also have a great initiative to promote and recognize the culture of volunteerism in Afghanistan.
Afghanistan is one of the poorest countries in the world, 36% of the population, or about 9 million people, lives in absolute, extreme poverty and another 37% lives just above the determined poverty line. The country also has some of the highest illiteracy rates (62% percent) in the world, with women comprising 76 percent of Illiterate population. Education is a key factor to reduce and prevent poverty. Our aim is to help and inspire young Afghan students to stay focused on education, since education is absolutely essential to building a future free from poverty. We deliver support and Inspire young Afghan students to secure their future through quality education, empowerment, training and mentorship.
